Merythod.my is a dedicated website for Malaysia customers. Currently, we only ship within Malaysia borders if we order here.

Standard Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping for all orders over RM130.00. A fixed shipping fee of RM6.50 will be charged for all orders under RM130.00. You will receive an SMS text message as soon as the delivery is scheduled.



Basic conditions for delivery

1. Delivery time: 3-4 business days
Orders placed before 23:59 p.m. Monday through Friday (except public holidays) are usually delivered within three to four business days during the off-sale period. Delivery times may be extended for a few more days during major sales periods when supplies are high. We are working hard to get the product you purchased as soon as possible, so please don't worry.
2. All customers will receive SMS text messages as soon as delivery is scheduled.
3. There is no shipping charge for orders canceled within 24 hours of the initial order.



Return and Replacement

If your order arrives missing, damaged, or defective, we can help you with a refund or replacement. If one of our products has another problem, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Refer to the order number for all communications with the customer service team for faster processing.

Only products purchased from on the merythod.my may be returned for refund or replacement.
Products purchased from other retailers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The returned product must be in its original state. Partially used products or damaged seals are not acceptable.
Outbound shipping charges are not eligible for refund and return shipping charges are borne by the customer. The return shipping fee is the same as the initial shipping fee.
Partial returns for bundle sets or promotional packages are not allowed. Full set must be returned for refund.
If our logistics partner has confirmed that your package has been shipped, but it has been stolen or cannot be found, we cannot refund your order.
We are not responsible for personal damage to the item. If the product is dropped, stolen, spilled, or misused, it cannot be returned or refunded.
